An Act to establish the legislature.

This will take effect upon successful ratification of the Constitution.
1Positions
1F1The following ranks shall make up the House of Representatives:

4House Council Chairperson (6iC)
5House Majority Whip (6iC)
6House Minority Whip (6iC)
7Clerk of the House of Representatives (7iC)
8Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Representatives (7iC)
9House Councillor (7iC)
10Majority Representative (8iC)
11Minority Representative (9iC)

2F2Each position shall hold one person, except for:
1House Councillor – Maximum of 2
2Majority Representative – Maximum of 16
3Minority Representative – Maximum of 30

3Specifics
1Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and by legislation
2Each individual in the Legislature shall be assigned a committee in accordance with the Legislation Act 2025
3Each individual in the Legislature shall one of the following American States/District/Territories:

2Powers to Amend
1The Speaker of the House of Representatives may amend Part 1, except for their own rank, via order
2All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Speaker’s response.
