This will take effect upon successful ratification of the Constitution.
1The following ranks shall make up the senate;

5House Minority Whip (6iC)
6Clerk of the House of Representatives (7iC)
7Parliamentarian of the House of Representatives (7iC)
8Sergeant-at-Atms of the House of Representatives (7iC)
9Majority Representative (8iC)
10Minority Representative (9iC)
2Each rank shall hold one person, except for;
1Majority Representative – Maximum of 16
2Minority Representative – Maximum of 30
3Specifics
1Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and by legislation
2Each individual in the Legislature shall be assigned a committee in accordance with the Legislation Act 2025
3Each individual in the Legislature shall one of the following American States/District/Territories:
