1Positions

1The following ranks shall make up the senate;

1Speaker of the House of Representatives (4iC)

2House Majority Leader (5iC)

3House Minority Leader (5iC)

4House Majority Whip (6iC)

5House Minority Whip (6iC)

6Clerk of the House of Representatives (7iC)

7Parliamentarian of the House of Representatives (7iC)

8Sergeant-at-Atms of the House of Representatives (7iC)

9Majority Representative (8iC)

10Minority Representative (9iC)

2Each rank shall hold one person, except for;

1Majority Representative – Maximum of 16

2Minority Representative – Maximum of 30

3Specifics

1Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and by legislation

2Each individual in the Legislature shall be assigned a committee in accordance with the Legislation Act 2025

3Each individual in the Legislature shall one of the following American States/District/Territories:

1The Speaker of the House of Representatives may amend Part 1, except for their own rank, via order

2All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Speaker’s response.
