An Act to establish weekly satisfaction and trust ratings for the Executive Office of the President and the Executive Branch

Preamble
This act establishes a weekly public polling system to measure satisfaction and trust in the Executive Office of the President and the Executive Branch, with published results, reporting requirements, and mandatory improvements based on rating thresholds.

Commencement
This act shall take effect immediately upon passage.

 

Part 1: Establishment of Weekly Ratings


Section 1: Purpose
The purpose of this act is to provide transparency and accountability within the Executive Branch by measuring public satisfaction and trust through weekly polling.

Section 2: Conduct of Polling

  1. A weekly public poll shall be conducted to measure satisfaction and trust in:
  2. The poll shall be conducted through public polling, open to all members with a registered account.

  3. Responses shall be collected anonymously to protect the identity of all respondents.

  4. The poll shall use a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest level of satisfaction or trust and 10 being the highest.

Section 3: Rating Thresholds and Consequences

  1. 70% or Higher (High Performance)
  2. 60% to 69% (Moderate Performance)
  3. 50% to 59% (Satisfactory)
  4. Below 50% (Low Satisfaction or Distrust)

Section 4: Publication and Reporting

  1. The results of each weekly poll shall be published publicly in a designated area of the White House website.

  2. The results shall be formally reported to the President of the White House.
  3. Publication and reporting shall occur within 3 days of the poll closing.
