This will take effect upon submission from the Speaker of the House of Representatives with consent of the House of Representatives, in accordance with the powers conferred by Part 18, Section 1 of the Legislation Act 2025.

1. Amend Part 11, Section 1(2) as follows:
   1. The House of Representatives Committee Chairperson, Speaker of the House, House Council Chairperson and House Councillor shall send a bill to the graveyard if it meets one or more of the requirements in Section 2 of this Part
