PART 1 - DRESS CODE

1. Standard
   All employees must dress Business Casual or Professional while inside White House Headquarters (HQ).

2. Branch Guidelines
   Each Branch Director may define what qualifies as Business Casual or Professional for their branch, including approved uniforms or variations, provided it does not violate any existing law.

3. Enforcement
   Branch Leadership may request an employee to change outfit or leave HQ until dressed appropriately. Repeated refusal may be handled through existing disciplinary procedures.
