Explanatory Notes
This bill aims to establish a Constitutional source of power for Departments as they do not have a direct line of power currently.
1Amend the Constitution
1Amend Article 8 Section 1, Subsection 2 as follows:
1Add Clause 2, which states:“Everybody in the Habbo Hotel is equal in the eyes of the law and no such legislation shall be enacted that infringes upon their life, liberty, and/or equality ”.
