This bill aims to establish a Constitutional source of power for Departments as they do not have a direct line of power currently.
1Amend the Constitution
1Amend Article 1 follows:
1Add Section 9 to state:
1"The Executive Branch shall have under it's purview various Departments which shall be headed by Federal Cabinet members and other officials appointed by the Executive but establish by a legislative act."
