An order to Speaker of the House and the House Council to the list of people being able to send bills to the graveyard.

This will take effect upon submission from the Speaker of the House of Representatives with consent of the House of Representatives, in accordance with the powers conferred by Part 18, Section 1 of the Legislation Act 2025.

1Amend Legislation Act 2025

1Amend Part 11, Section 1(2) as follows:

1One of the following shall send a bill to the graveyard if it meets one or more of the requirements in Section 2 of this Part:

1the Speaker of the House,

2the Chair of the Comittee to which the bill is referred to,

3the House Council."
