Low Ranks Act 2025

An Act to establish Low Ranks.

This will take effect upon successful ratification of the Constitution.

1A Low Rank shall progress in the following order:

1SS Cadet

2SS Protection Guard

3SS Advanced Guard

4SS Protection Officer

5SS Advanced Officer

6SS Protection Detail

2Uniform

1Low Ranks shall follow the uniform requirements determined by the President or Director of the Secret Service.

3Status

1Low Ranks are employees but do not hold an in-Command position in the White House, and are subject to White House laws.

2The representative in the White House for Low Ranks shall be the Secret Service F1Training & Development Division.

2Low Rank Actions

1Basic Training

1The following shall be permitted to basic train any Trainees, as long as they aren’t restricted from training by the Director of the Secret Service:

1Members of the Secret Service,

2F2Non-Low Rank branch employees who have received crisis management training,

3Founder members.

2Priority for basic training shall be for members of the Secret Service.

2Gate Control Training

1The following shall be permitted to Gate Control train any Low Rank, as long as they aren’t restricted from training by the Director of the Secret Service:

18iC or higher in the Secret Service

2the Department of Defense, with consent from the Management Division

34iC or higher employees,

4Founder members,

5All members of the Executive Office of the President

2Priority for Gate Control training shall be for 8iC or higher in the Secret Service

3Promotions, Demotions and Firing

1The following may promote, demote, or fire a Low Rank, as long as they aren’t restricted from doing so by the Director of the Secret Service:

1Members of the Secret Service

27iC or higher employees

3Founder members

2Low Ranks cannot be promoted until 15 minutes after their last promotion/training

3Low Ranks cannot be promoted to SS Advanced Guard without passing Gate Control training

4Tags

1Anyone permitted to perform any action under this Part shall have a “valid tag” for distributing promotions and demotions

2A valid promotion tag shall:

1Contain 1–4 characters

2Be related to the username of the owner

3Training Kick on Sight

1Basics

1The Training Kick on Sight (TKoS) list shall be a list of people who are not allowed to be Basic Trained in the White House

2This list shall be managed by the Director of the Secret Service, or anyone in Secret Service Leadership that the Director appoints to manage it

2Addition

1The Director of the Secret Service, or appointed Secret Service Leadership, may place any non-employee on the TKoS list with valid evidence.

1“Valid evidence” is defined in Part 6 of the Prosecution Act 2025.

3Removal

1The Director of the Secret Service, or appointed Secret Service Leadership, may remove anyone from the list

2Anyone may be removed from the list if a Court of Appeals removes them from it

4Future Amendments

1Any amendments to this act via primary legislation must have received responses from the President, the Chief of Staff, and the Director of the Secret Service.

2The President or Chief of Staff may amend this act via order via consent from the House of Representatives.

3The Director of the Secret Service may amend this act via order via consent from the House of Representatives.
