An Act to establish the Department of the Interior.

1Establishment

1The Department of the Interior (DoI) shall include;

1The Secretary of the Interior (SoI)

2The Secretary of Energy (SoE)

3The Press Secretary (PS)

4A number of Assistants, approved by the Secretary of the Interior

5Any other members added by law or the Executive Office of the President

2There shall be the following divisions within the Department of the Interior;

1Engagement Division

1Led by the Secretary of Energy

2Communications Division

1Led by the Press Secretary

2Promotion

1Responsibilities

1The Department of the Interior shall;

1Advise the President on engaging with the Habbo community

2Plan, organize, and implement strategies to increase awareness of the White House in the Habbo community

1Habbo community means anything on Habbo which is outside of the White House and its allies and treaties

3Survey and report on findings about the White House in the Habbo community

4Accomplish any other task given by the President

2The Engagement Division shall;

1Host events in the Headquarters

2Perform any other duties mandated by law or given by the Secretary of the Interior or the Executive Office of the President

3The Communications Division shall;

1Create graphics for use by the Administration and the Department of the Interior

2Publish articles on the website

3Publish a digital newspaper in a timely manner determined by the President or Chief of Staff

4Perform any other duties mandated by law or given by the Secretary of the Interior or the Executive Office of the President

2Schemes

1The Department of the Interior may establish schemes and groups for external events

2Groups may include external members

3All schemes must be published in writing

4The Chief of Staff and Secretary of the Interior may remove any member from any scheme

5The Chief of Staff and Secretary of the Interior may assign members of a scheme tasks to complete

3Powers to Amend

1The President and Chief of Staff may amend this act except this part via order

2All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Secretary of the Interior’s response
