PART 1 - LEAVE OF ABSENCES
- Basics
- Any employee can take a Leave of Absence, if they follow this Part
- A Leave of Absence excuses an employee from;
- Logging into Habbo or the White House’s website
- Completing Tasks
- Attending any meetings
- This only applies for the time on Leave of Absence
- Requesting
- All requests for Leave of Absences must be submitted to a GS-15 or higher in their branch
- Except for Branch Leaders who are requesting, who must submit it to the President
- All requests have to include which date the Leave of Absence starts, and which date is the last day of the Leave of Absence
- Time Allowed
- Total days allowed on Leave of Absence
- All employees GS-5 to GS-11 can only go on Leave of Absence for up to 31 days every 60 days
- All employees GS-12 and higher can only go on Leave of Absence for 21 days every 60 days, except for Extended Leave of Absences
- Days allowed per normal Leave of Absence
- All employees are allowed between 3 and 21 days on a single Leave of Absence
- Extended Leave of Absences
- All employees can go on an Extended Leave of Absence of up to 31 days
- Approval
- Leave of Absences can only be accepted by a higher rank than the person requesting
- Leave of Absences can only be denied if it doesn’t follow Section 3 of this Part
PART 2 - MEETING ABSENCES
- Basics
- All employees can request a Meeting Absence if they can’t be at the weekly meeting
- All employees can also request a Permanent Meeting Absence
- All requests for a Meeting Absence must be made on the site
- A Meeting Absence will excuse a person from attending the weekly meeting
- Requests
- All requests must be made before the meeting they want to be excused from
- If a Permanent request is made, the person will be excused from all meetings until they change branches or become unemployed
PART 3 - EMPLOYMENT
- Hiring Low Ranks
- In order to hire a GS-4 to any branch, these requirements must be followed;
- The user has not been GS-1 to GS-4 for the last 6 hours
- The user has taken the education session for the branch they are joining
- The user isn’t on that branch’s blacklist
- If the person was fired, and not demoted to a GS-4, in the past 2 weeks, they must be a GS-1 to GS-4 for the past 24 hours instead of 6 hours
- Hiring Unemployed
- In order to hire an unemployed person to any branch, these requirements must be followed;
- The person has taken the education session for the branch they are joining, except for the Executive Branch
- The hiring party reserves the right to forego the education session
- The person has not worked for the White House in the last 3 days
- The person has any of the following badges UNLESS they have prior approval for hire from their relevant Branch Leader of the branch they want to join:
- Very Important Person
- Veteran
- President
- Vice President
- Founder
- Presidential Citizens Medal
- Medal of Honor
- Medal of Service
- Authority to Employ
- Only branch leadership and the Executive Office of the President can employ people into branches
- Branch Leaders can also allow the following;
- The Attorney General to employ people to the Judiciary
- The Vice President to employ people into the Legislature
- The Secretary of Defense to employ people into the Secret Service
- The Secretary of Homeland Security to employ people into the Secret Service
PART 4 - EMPLOYEES
- Emergency Tasking System
- Each Branch Leadership shall have an Emergency Tasking System policy
- This policy shall be used when a member of branch leadership is missing or inactive
- Inactivity
- Employees must login to Habbo every 4 days
- Employees must login to the White House website every 5 days
PART 5 - TRANSFERS BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONS
- A person who wishes to transfer to the White House from another organization must meet the requirements of the State Act 2025.
PART 6 - TRANSFERS BETWEEN BRANCHES
- Any employee can transfer into the Legislature, the Judiciary, and the Secret Service if;
- They have passed the interview for the branch they are joining
- The interviewer reserves the right to forego the interview
- They have worked in their current branch for at least 5 days since they last joined the branch
- They have been approved by a Senior Leadership (GS-15 or higher) member in the branch they are joining
- They have notified all of the GS-15 to CS-4 members of their current branch, or the EOP (CS-5 or higher) in the case of an Executive Branch member
- They are not on the branch’s blacklist
- An employee can transfer into the Executive branch of the White House if;
- They are not on the branch’s blacklist
- The EOP sends a notification to hire at least 12 hours in advance to the Senior Leadership of the transferee’s current branch, OR
- If the branch they’re transferring from will have less than 8 members if the employee transfers, the EOP sends a request to hire to the Senior Leadership of the transferee’s current branch
- If the request is denied, the transferee may not be transferred
- The branch leader or deputy branch leader may accept or deny the request
- The request to hire shall last 24 hours, or until responded to, whichever comes first
- If no response is made, the request shall be considered accepted
PART 7 - POWERS TO AMEND
- The President may, via order via consent from the House of Representatives, amend this act
