1Amend Low Ranks 2025:

1Amend Part 1, Section 3, Subsection 2 as follow:

1Replace Education Division with Training & Development Division.

2Amend Secret Service Act 2025 :

1Positions

1The following positions shall make up the Secret Service:

1Director of the Secret Service (4iC)

2Deputy Director of the Secret Service (5iC)

3Training & Development Director (6iC)

4Staff Director (6iC)

5Intelligence Director (6iC)

6Deputy Training & Development Director (7iC)

7Deputy Staff Director (7iC)

8Deputy Intelligence Director (7iC)

9Head of Protection Detail (8iC)

10Head Trainer (8iC)

11Welfare Officer (8iC)

12Trainer (9iC)

2Each rank shall hold one person, except for:

1Welfare Officer — Maximum of 3

2Head Trainer — Maximum of 6

3SS Trainer — Maximum of 15

3Specifics

1Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Management Division and by legislation.

2All ranks 7iC or higher in Part 1, Section 1 shall be considered Secret Service Leadership.

3All new Trainers shall be on trial, with the requirements for completing trial being set by the Management or Welfare Divisions.

2Operations

1Staff Responsibilities

1The following shall be the responsibilities of the Secret Service as a whole:

1All members of the Secret Service shall be responsible for training and development of Low Ranks.

1All basic and advanced training sessions must be logged on the Habbo White House website by the trainer in order to count towards tasks.

2Completing their division tasks, as set by the Management Division.

2Divisions

1Management Division:

1The Management Division shall be responsible for the following:

1Ultimate responsibility for the Secret Service's development, progress, staffing, and status within the White House.

2Management and execution of the number of required tasks for each SS position and the other divisions' tasks as listed in subsections 3, 4, and 5 of this Section.

1The Director of the Secret Service shall serve as the leader of the Management Division.

2The Deputy Director of the Secret Service, in the incapacitation of the Director of the Secret Service through means of vacation, leave, resignation, firing, or removal from office, shall assume the duties of the Director of the Secret Service until a new individual is legally appointed to the position.

2This division reserves the right to:

1Set the uniform for the Secret Service, to be followed by any Secret Service position holder, provided the clothing does not violate any existing law.

2Update both the basic and advanced training scripts regarding relevant roles, rules, and legislation within the scripts or changes within the Headquarters.

2The Welfare Division shall be responsible for the following:

1Trainers' trial periods, including:

1Extensions of trial periods

2Completion of trial periods

3Failure of trial periods

2A weekly report to the Management Division including the following:

1Weekly task completion

2Promotions within the Secret Service

3Trial period outcomes and statistics

4Progress reports for 9iCs, 8iCs, and Low Ranks

5Welfare survey feedback, if any

6Welfare status of Low Ranks within the White House

3The Training & Development Division shall be responsible for the following:

1The conduct, education, progression, and value of all Low Ranks.

2Monitoring and management of basic and advanced training scripts, including:

3The updating of relevant roles, rules, and legislation within the scripts or changes within the Headquarters.

4Hospitality and scripts relating to hospitality measures.

5Branch-specific education tools, including:

1Branch teaching tools for Judicial, Legislature, and Secret Service.

6Trainer and trial responsibilities, while ensuring the following:

1Trial Trainers must have a "[T]" in their motto for one (1) week.

2The Secret Service Leadership shall be responsible for giving mock training sessions to newly hired Trial Trainers.

3Trial Trainers can only conduct basic training sessions after they have successfully undergone one (1) mock training session.

4Newly hired Trainers must successfully pass a Crisis Management Training session within one (1) week of being hired into the SS.

5A weekly report to the Management Division including the following:

1Training statistics per Trainer within the Secret Service

2Hospitality session usage and statistics

3Education session usage and statistics

4Session completion and Low Rank usage

5Time zone changes

6Promotion tag alterations or additions

7Basic and advanced training script additions or alterations

4The Security & Intelligence Division shall be responsible for the following:

1Crisis Management Training, including:

2Ensuring all Trainers have completed the Crisis Management Training

3Reporting on the progress and completion of Crisis Management Training

4Records of Training Kick on Sight additions, appeals sent to the Department of Justice, and removals.

5Presidential Protection Detail (PPD) organization and management at Presidential Inaugurations and/or events hosted by the Establishment.

6Gathering information from other divisions that pertains to SS room security and proposed alterations to the Crisis Management Training script.

7Head of Protection Detail shall assist the Intelligence Director and Deputy Intelligence Director with:

1Monitoring and reporting on room security matters

2Tracking Crisis Management Training compliance

3Supporting PPD operations at events

4Maintaining Training Kick on Sight records

8A weekly report to the Management Division including the following:

1Crisis Management Training completion and failure statistics

2Training Kick on Sight additions, appeals sent to the Department of Justice, and removals

3Overall training pass rates

4Room security, pertaining to all Secret Service rooms on the Room Register as managed by the Department of the Treasury

5Usage of PPD at events and, if any, incidents that occurred during these events

3Powers to Amend

1The Director of the Secret Service can amend Part 1, except for their own rank, via order.

2All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Director of the Secret Service's response.
