PART 1 - CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. General
    1. The following shall apply to all individuals in White House rooms:
      1. Follow the Habbo Way and White House laws
      2. Never double job
      3. Never self-promote
      4. Never ask for Room Rights, Group Badge administrative rights, or wired codes
      5. Never disrespect the Chain of Command, or anyone in the White House
      6. Never use avatar effects
      7. Never hide your last login time unless temporarily granted by the Department of Defense
      8. Never create or join fake White House group badges
      9. Never attempt to sell any aspect of the White House that is not permitted by the Founders
      10. Never dance or use the “:jump” command
      11. Never use “:moonwalk” “:habnam” or “:YYXXABXA” commands
      12. Never use coloured/clip-art chat
    2. Clause 12 may be excused during the hosting of branch sessions conducted by those who are authorized to host
    3. Clauses 6, 10, 11 and 12 may be excused during events by;
      1. the President
      2. the Vice President
      3. the Department of the Interior or anyone lawfully acting on their behalf
    4. Clauses 7, 11, 12 and 13 may be waived by the President, Vice President or Chief of Staff for an allotted amount of time via order.
       
  2. Branch Employees
    1. The following shall apply to all Branch Employees;
      1. Wear the valid Group Badge, motto and uniform if applicable
      2. Never submit fraudulent tasks
      3. Attend the weekly branch meeting
      4. Complete the weekly tasks
    2. “Fraudulent tasks” shall be defined as tasks that did not happen, did not occur as required, or did not occur as reported
    3. Clause 3 may be excused by an approved Meeting Absence
    4. Clause 4 may be excused by an approved Leave of Absence
       
  3. Room Rights
    1. The following shall apply to all Room Rights holders;
      1. Do not move furni unless authorized by the President / the Vice President / a Founder, excluding teleportation furni
        1. Teleportation furni shall be defined as any furniture that has the purpose of either;
          1. transporting someone from one area in the room to another area in the same room, AND/OR
          2. transporting someone from one room to another room
        2. Do not move any AFK furni to a user who is responsive unless authorized by the Executive Office of the President, Department of Defense or a Founder
          1. AFK furni shall be defined as any teleportation furni that has the purpose of transporting someone from one area in the room to the AFK area of the room
      2. Issue a warning before kicking any user
      3. Do not kick, ban or mute a higher-ranked individual
      4. Only individuals on the Ban On Sight list or National Punishment list may be banned for longer than 1 day
      5. Room Mutes or silencing employees/externals with Habbo wired furni may only be used in the case of multiple people spamming, or unless explicitly authorized by the President, Vice President, the Department of Defense, or a Founder

PART 2 - ROOM REGULATIONS

  1. White House rooms
    1. “White House rooms” shall be defined as any room connected to the headquarters via teleporter or chain of teleporters
    2. All laws must be followed while in a White House room
       
  2. Headquarters
    1. The Headquarters shall be defined as a room as determined by the Founders through a majority vote between them
    2. The Executive Office of the President shall determine the rules regarding aspects of the Headquarters
      1. These rules shall be made public on the White House website to everyone
         
  3. Clothing
    1. The Executive Office of the President shall determine rules regarding clothing
    2. The rules shall be made public on the White House website to everyone
    3. The President or Vice President may, via Executive Order, temporarily initiate periods where uniforms shall be optional
      1. The order must contain a specified beginning time and a specified end time
      2. A non-uniform period shall not last longer than 14 full days at a time

PART 3 - STRIKING

  1. Basics
    1. Any employee or Low Rank may be striked for breaching the rules set out in this Act
    2. Strikes must be logged on the website, and any that aren’t logged shall not be valid
    3. Strikes last a maximum of 2 weeks, and can only be removed early by
      1. the person giving the strike, OR
      2. successful appeal through official Court proceedings
    4. Anyone who has 3 strikes simultaneously shall be fired
    5. If someone strikes a person in a different branch, they must send the Branch leadership evidence of the offence
       
  2. Process
    1. The following process must be followed for strikes;
      1. On the first offence, the person shall be warned
      2. On the second, the person shall receive a strike (x1)
      3. On the third, the person shall receive a strike (x2)
      4. On the fourth, the person shall receive a strike (x3) and be fired
    2. This process may be ignored if;
      1. Someone gets a strike from a Court or Settlement
      2. Someone is directly fired for repeated offences, or blatant disregard for White House rules
         
  3. Authority
    1. The following shall be able to issue strikes;
      1. 7iC+ in the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary
      2. 9iC+ in the Secret Service
      3. Any member of the “[WH] Founder ID”
    2. People may only strike others of a lower iC than themselves
    3. Any 9iC in the Secret Service who is on Trial may not strike anyone
