- This Part shall include a list of offenses under White House law
- This shall not be the full list of crimes; other acts may include crimes within them
- Breaking any law which does not have a class assigned to it may be given any punishment seen as fit by the Court, which shall go into Common Law
- Room Rights Abuse
- It shall be defined as;
- Breaching laws regarding Room Rights conduct
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Double Jobbing
- It shall be defined as;
- Holding 2 ranks simultaneously, in the White House or multiple agencies
- It shall be a Class B offense
- Group Badge Admin Abuse
- It shall be defined as;
- Purposely adding people not permitted by law or the Executive Office of the President to a White House Group Badge
- Purposely removing people permitted by law or the Executive Office of the President from a White House Group Badge
- Purposely changing Administrative Rights status of Group Badge members when not permitted by the Executive Office of the President or a Founder where applicable
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Code Leaking
- It shall be defined as;
- Purposely informing unauthorised people any furni/room/access codes
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Perversion of Justice
- It shall be defined as;
- Purposely affecting the Court, witnesses or evidence outside of permitted in-Court representation
- Purposely affecting the Department of Justice unlawfully
- Purposely preventing any legal process
- Purposely concealing evidence relating to an ongoing case
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Negligence of Duties
- It shall be defined as;
- Failing to fulfill the duties of the rank/position
- It shall be a Class B offense
- Unfair Punishment
- It shall be defined as;
- Striking, Demoting or Firing someone without fair cause as determined by the Branch Leader
- The Branch Leader may be overruled by the Supreme Court in a ruling
- It shall be a Class B offense
- Bullying
- It shall be defined as;
- Continuously negatively targeting a person/group of people
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Harassment
- It shall be defined as;
- Negatively targeting a person/group of people
- It shall be an unclassified offense
- Corruption
- It shall be defined as;
- Unlawfully using power, influence, or other means to benefit themselves
- Unlawfully using power, influence, or other means to disadvantage another person
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Treason
- It shall be defined as;
- Betraying the White House through illegal actions in an attempt to overthrow the Government
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Perjury
- It shall be defined as;
- Failing to attend when subpoenaed
- Knowingly testifying dishonestly in a hearing
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Bribery
- It shall be defined as;
- Attempting or promising to give advantages to a person in return for an improper action
- Accepting an advantage in return for conducting an improper action
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Fraud
- It shall be defined as;
- Knowingly making a false representation that aids or causes a loss to anyone
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Abuse of Functions
- It shall be defined as;
- Using the powers of a position to advantage oneself, or disadvantage another person
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Perversion of Rights
- It shall be defined as;
- Breaking any rights as stated in Article 8 of the Constitution, or any rights mandated in law
- It shall be a Class A offense
- Attempted Crime
- It shall be defined as;
- Attempting or planning to commit any crime stated in law
- It shall be one class below the offense attempted or planned, except in the case of a Class C offense, where it shall be a Class C offense
