PART 1 - POSITIONS

  1. The following positions shall make up the Secret Service:
    1. Director of the Secret Service (4iC)
    2. Deputy Director of the Secret Service (5iC)
    3. Training Director (6iC)
    4. Education Director (6iC)
    5. Staff Director (6iC)
    6. Deputy Training Director (7iC)
    7. Deputy Education Director (7iC)
    8. Deputy Staff Director (7iC)
    9. Intelligence Director (7iC)
    10. Head of Protection Detail (8iC)
    11. Head Trainer (8iC)
    12. Education Assistant (8iC)
    13. Welfare Officer (8iC)
    14. Trainer (9iC)
       
  2. Each rank shall hold one person, except for:
    1. Welfare Officer - Maximum of 3
    2. Education Assistants - Maximum of 3
    3. Head Trainers - Maximum of 6
    4. SS Trainers - Maximum of 15
       
  3. Specifics
    1. Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Management Division, and by legislation
    2. All ranks 7iC or higher in Part 1, Section 1 shall be considered Secret Service Leadership
    3. All new SS Trainers shall be on trial, with the requirements for getting off trial being set by the Management or Welfare Divisions.

PART 2 - OPERATIONS

  1. Staff Responsibilities
    1. The following shall be responsibilities of the Secret Service as a whole:
      1. All members of the Secret Service shall be responsible for training and education of Low Ranks.
        1. All basic and advanced training sessions must be logged on the Habbo White House website by the trainer in order to count towards tasks.
      2. Completing their division tasks, as set by the Management Division.
         
  2. Divisions
    1. The Management Division shall be responsible for the following:
      1. Ultimately responsible for the Secret Service's development, progress, staffing and status within the White House,
      2. Management and execution of the number of required tasks for each SS position and the other divisions' tasks as listed in subsections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Section.
        1. The Director of the Secret Service shall serve as the leader of the Management Division.
        2. The Deputy Director of the Secret Service, in the incapacitation of the Director of the Secret Service through means of vacation, leave, resignation, firing, or removal from office, shall assume the duties of the Director of the Secret Service until a new individual is legally appointed to the position.
      3. This division reserves the right to:
        1. set the uniform for the, to be followed by any Secret Service position holder, but only if the clothing doesn’t violate any existing law.
        2. update both the basic and advanced training scripts regarding relevant roles, rules, legislation within the scripts or changes within to the Headquarters.
    2. The Welfare Division shall be responsible for the following:
      1. Trainers' trial periods, including:
        1. Extensions of Trial Periods
        2. Completion of Trial Periods
        3. Failure of Trial Period
      2. A Weekly report to the Management Division including the following:
        1. Weekly task completion,
        2. Promotions within the Secret Service,
        3. Trial period outcomes and statistics,
        4. Progress reports for 9iCs, 8iCs, and Low Ranks
        5. Welfare survey feedback, if any,
        6. Welfare status of Low Ranks within the White House.
    3. The Education Division shall be responsible for the following:
      1. The conduct, education, progression and value of all Low Ranks.
      2. Hospitality and Scripts relating to hospitality measures.
      3. Branch-specific education tools including:
        1. Branch teaching tools for Judicial, Legislature and Secret Service
      4. A weekly report to the Management Division including the following:
        1. Hospitality Session usage and statistics
        2. Education Session usage and statistics
        3. Session completion and Low-Rank usage
    4. The Training Division shall be responsible for the following:
      1. Monitoring and Management of Basic and Advanced Training Scripts including:
        1. The updating of relevant roles, rules, legislation within the scripts or changes within the Headquarters.
      2. A weekly report to the Management Division including the following:
        1. Training statistics per Trainer within the Secret Service
        2. Time Zone Changes
        3. Promotion Tag alterations or additions
        4. Basic and Advanced Training Script additions or alterations
      3. Trainer and Trial responsibilities, while ensuring the following:
        1. Trial Trainers must have a “[T]” in their motto for one (1) week,
        2. The Secret Service Leadership shall be responsible for giving mock training sessions to newly hired Trial Trainers,
        3. Trial Trainers can only conduct basic training sessions after they've successfully undergone one (1) mock training session,
        4. Newly hired Trainers must successfully pass a Crisis Management Training session within one (1) week of being hired into the SS.
    5. The Security and Intelligence Division shall be responsible for the following:
      1. Crisis Management Training
      2. Ensuring all Trainers have completed the Crisis Management Training
      3. Reporting on the progress and completion of Crisis Management Training
      4. Records of Training Kick on Sight additions, appeals sent to the Department of Justice, and removals.
      5. Presidential Protection Detail (PPD) organization and management at Presidential Inaugurations and/or Events hosted by the Establishment.
      6. Gathering information from other divisions that pertains to SS room security and proposed alterations to the Crisis Management Training script,
      7. A weekly report to the Management Division including the following:
        1. Crisis Management Training completion and failure statistics,
        2. Training Kick on Sight additions, appeals sent to the Department of Justice, and removals,
        3. Overall Training pass rates,
        4. Room Security, pertaining to all Secret Service rooms on the Room Register as managed by the Department of the Treasury,
        5. Usage of PPD at events and, if any, incidents that occurred during these events.

PART 3 - POWERS TO AMEND

  1. The Director of the Secret Service can amend Part 1, except for their own rank, via order
  2. All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Director of the Secret Service’s response
