PART 1 - POSITIONS

  1. The following ranks shall make up the Senate;
    1. Speaker of the House of Representatives (4iC)
    2. House Majority Leader (5iC)
    3. House Minority Leader (5iC)
    4. House Majority Whip (6iC)
    5. House Minority Whip (6iC)
    6. Clerk of the House of Representatives (7iC)
    7. Parliamentarian of the House of Representatives (7iC)
    8. Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Representatives (7iC)
    9. Majority Representative (8iC)
    10. Minority Representative (9iC)
       
  2. Each rank shall hold one person, except for;
    1. Majority Representative - Maximum of 16
    2. Minority Representative - Maximum of 30
       
  3. Specifics
    1. Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and by legislation
    2. Each individual in the Legislature shall be assigned a Committee in accordance with the Legislation Act 2025
    3. Each individual in the Legislature shall one of the following American States/District/Territories:
      1. District
        1. District of Columbia (DC)
      2. Territories
        1. American Samoa (SA)
        2. Guam (GU)
        3. Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
        4. Puerto Rico (PR)
        5. U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
      3. States
        1. Alabama (AL)
        2. Alaska (AK)
        3. Arizona (AZ)
        4. Arkansas (AR)
        5. California (CA)
        6. Colorado (CO)
        7. Connecticut (CT)
        8. Delaware (DE)
        9. Florida (FL)

    4. All ranks 7iC or higher in Section 1 shall be considered Senate Leadership

PART 2 - POWERS TO AMEND

  1. The Speaker of the House of Representatives may amend Part 1, except for their own rank, via order
  2. All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Speaker’s response.
