5. the Parliamentarian of the House (GS-12 - GS-14)
6. up to twenty-nine (29) Representatives (GS-5 - GS-8)
2. the Senate, which shall contain:
1. the President Pro Tempore (GS-18 - GS-19)
2. the Secretary of the Senate (GS-15 - GS-17)
3. the Senate Leader (GS-15 - GS-17)
4. the Senate Whip (GS-12 - GS-14)

1. Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and by legislation
2. Each individual in the Legislature shall be assigned a Committee in accordance with the Legislation Act 2025

Part 2 – Powers to Amend

1. The Speaker of the House of Representatives may amend Part 1, except for their own rank, via order
2. All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Speaker’s response.
