    6. House Minority Whip [F3 (GS-15–GS-17) F3]
    7. Clerk of the House of Representatives [F3 (GS-12–GS-14) F3]
    8. Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Representatives [F3 (GS-12–GS-14) F3]
    9. House Councillor [F3 (GS-12–GS-14) F3]
    10. Majority Representative [F3 (GS-9–GS-11) F3]
    11. Minority Representative [F3 (GS-5–GS-8) F3] F1]

  3. Specifics
    1. Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and by legislation
    2. Each individual in the Legislature shall be assigned a Committee in accordance with the Legislation Act 2025
    3. Each individual in the Legislature shall one of the following American States/District/Territories:

Part 2 – Powers to Amend

  1. The Speaker of the House of Representatives may amend Part 1, except for their own rank, via order
  2. All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received the Speaker’s response.
