An Act to establish the legislature.

This will take effect upon successful ratification of the Constitution.
1Positions
1F1The following ranks shall make up the House of Representatives:

4House Council Chairperson F3(GS-15–GS-17)
5House Majority Whip F3(GS-15–GS-17)

7Clerk of the House of Representatives F3(GS-12–GS-14)
8Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Representatives F3(GS-12–GS-14)
9House Councillor F3(GS-12–GS-14)
10Majority Representative F3(GS-9–GS-11)
11Minority Representative F3(GS-5–GS-8)

1Each rank shall be assigned duties by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and by legislation
2Each individual in the Legislature shall be assigned a committee in accordance with the Legislation Act 2025
