PART 1 - POSITIONS

  1. The following ranks shall make up the Executive Office of the President (EOP);
    1. President (1iC)
    2. Vice President (2iC)
    3. Chief of Staff (3iC)
    4. Deputy Chief of Staff (4iC)
    5. National Security Advisor (5iC)
       
  2. The following ranks shall make up the Cabinet;
    1. Secretary of State (5iC)
    2. Secretary of Defense (5iC)
    3. Secretary of the Treasury (5iC)
    4. Attorney General (5iC)
    5. Secretary of the Interior (6iC)
    6. Secretary of Transportation (6iC)
    7. Secretary of Commerce (6iC)
    8. Secretary of Homeland Security (7iC)
    9. Secretary of Energy (7iC)
    10. Press Secretary (7iC)
    11. Solicitor General (7iC)
       
  3. Each rank shall hold one person
     
  4. Specifics
    1. Each rank in the Executive Office of the President shall be assigned duties by the President, and by legislation
    2. Each rank in the Cabinet shall be assigned duties by the President, Vice President or Chief of Staff, and by legislation
    3. The Executive Office of the President shall be considered the leadership of the Executive Branch, with the Chief of Staff serving as the Branch Leader

PART 2 - POWERS TO AMEND

  1. The President can amend Part 1, except for their own rank and the Vice President, via order
  2. The Chief of Staff can amend Part 1, Section 2, via order.
  3. All amendments made to this Act by primary legislation must have received responses from either the President, Vice President or Chief of Staff
