PART 1 - DEPARTMENT OF STATE
- Structure
- The Department of State shall be the following people;
- Secretary of State
- Secretary of Transportation
- Any other members added by law or the Administration
- Responsibility
- They shall be responsible for;
- representing and giving advice to the President regarding foreign affairs
- representing the White House to our alliances and the external community
- all alliances, treaties and partnerships in the White House
- duties mandated by law
- any other responsibility given by the Executive Office of the President
PART 2 - ALLIANCES
- Establishment
- The President can, with the consent from the House of Representatives, establish an alliance via order if;
- terms have been accepted by the Department of State and the other agency/military’s representatives
- Termination
- Alliances may be terminated by the President via order
- Notification
- Should an alliance be established, amended, or terminated, all employees shall be notified
- Specifics
- Diplomatic ID
- Allied agency members shall be entitled to the Diplomatic ID group badge, if they meet the terms required
- Alliance Council
- The Department of State may use a group of people acting as part of the Alliance Council to aid them in their duties
PART 3 - TREATIES
- Establishment
- The President can, with the consent from the House of Representatives, establish a treaty via order
- Termination
- The President can terminate any treaty via order
- Notification
- Should a treaty be established, amended, or terminated, all employees shall be notified
PART 4 - PARTNERSHIPS
- Establishment
- The President can, with the consent from the House of Representatives, establish a partnership via order if;
- terms have been accepted by the Department of the Interior and the subject organisation of the partnership
- Termination
- The President can terminate any partnership via order
PART 5 - TRANSFERS BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONS
- Process
- Before anyone from an organization may transfer, they must;
- Pass the requirements set by the Department of State,
- Pass Basic Training,
- Pass Advanced Training,
- Pass the interview for the branch they wish to join
- Responsibility
- The Department of State shall oversee all transfers, but may enable others to handle transfers on their behalf
PART 6 - POWERS TO AMEND
- The President and Chief of Staff may amend Part 1 via order.
- The President, Chief of Staff and Secretary of State may amend Part 5 via order via consent from the House of Representatives.
- All amendments to this Act by primary legislation must have received a response from the President, the Chief of Staff and the Secretary of State.
