PART 1 - VOTES OF NO CONFIDENCE
- Establishment
- The following branches may undergo a Vote of No Confidence (VNC) if enacted through the process listed in the next section of this Act:
- Legislature
- Judiciary
- Secret Service
- A VNC shall have the power for a branch to vote to remove the Branch Leader within their branch
- Process
- This section must be followed for a VNC request to be valid
- Six members of a branch must submit a written request for a VNC to the Voting and Electoral Commission
- The Voting and Electoral Commission shall verify each members’ support within 72 hours
- If any member named does not support the request or do not respond, they shall not count towards the total
- If less than six members support the VNC, it shall not proceed
- The Voting and Electoral Commission shall then trigger a vote for all members of the branch to participate in
- The vote shall last 72 hours
- If the result is at least 80% in favour of removing the Branch Leader, they shall be removed
- If the result is less than 80% in favour of removal, nothing shall happen
- Protection
- No member of the White House may be treated differently due to their stance on a VNC
- No member of the White House may be coerced into doing anything, or nothing, regarding a VNC
