PART 1 - ESTABLISHMENT
- Requirements
- All employees and externals must wear the Group Badges named in this act in all White House rooms, except for the lobby of the headquarters
- “White House rooms” means any room connected to the headquarters via teleporter or chain of teleporters
- All Group Badges under this act shall be monitored by the Department of Defense
- All Group Badges under this act shall have all Founders of each possess administrative rights or their relevant branch leadership unless stated otherwise
- All Group Badges created must be owned by any member of the “[WH] Authorized Owners ID” Group Badge
- Verified Alts
- Any employee may request that their alts be added to the “[WH] Verified Alts” Group Badge
- The Group Badge shall be regulated by the Department of Defense and the Executive Office of the President
- Only employees may have this Group Badge on their alts
- Universal Group Badges
- The following Group Badges shall be considered “universal Group Badges”, and may be worn by anyone who has access to them
- [WH] Veteran ID
- Must be a Veteran, as defined by the President
- [WH] Pres. Medal of Service
- Must have received the medal by the President
- [WH] Pres. Medal of Honor
- Must have received the medal by the President
- [WH] Pres. Medal of Freedom
- Must have received the medal by the President
- [WH] Pres. Citizens Medal
- Must have received the medal by the President
- [WH] Former President
- Must be a former President
- [WH] Former Vice President
- Must be a former Vice President
- [WH] Founder ID
- Must be a founder of the White House
- Unemployed Access
- Any member not employed at the White House must wear one of the following Group Badges:
- [WH] Very Important Persons
- [WH] Veteran ID
- [WH] Diplomatic ID
- [WH] Financial Contributors
- Any Universal Group Badges
- Transferees
- Any member in the process of transferring to the White House must wear the “[WH] Friends and Supporters” Group Badge
- The Transferees on this Group Badge shall be regulated by the Department of State and the Executive Office of the President
PART 2 - EXECUTIVE
- Members of the Executive branch must wear one of the following Group Badges:
- [WH] EOP ID
- [WH] Cabinet ID
- [WH] Verified Alts
- [WH] Dept. of Justice ID
- [WH] Diplomatic ID
- [WH] Verified Alts
- Any Universal Group Badges
- Any Group Badge created by the Department of the Interior for the purpose of promoting White House events during the duration of said events
- All Group Badges in this Part shall be regulated by the President, Vice President and Chief of Staff, and whoever they deem fit.
PART 3 - LEGISLATURE
- Members of the Legislative branch must wear one of the following Group Badges:
- [WH] Representative ID
- [WH] House Minority ID
- [WH] House Majority ID
- [WH] House Leadership ID
- [WH] Verified Alts
- Any Universal Group Badges
- All Group Badges in this Part shall be regulated by the President, Vice President and Speaker of the House of Representatives, and whoever they deem fit.
PART 4 - JUDICIARY
- Members of the Judicial branch must wear one of the following Group Badges:
- [WH] Judicial ID
- [WH] District Bench ID
- [WH] Supreme Bench ID
- [WH] Dept. of Justice ID
- [WH] Verified Alts
- Any Universal Group Badges
- All Group Badges in this Part shall be regulated by the President, Vice President and Chief Justice, and whoever they deem fit.
PART 5 - SECRET SERVICE
- Members of the Secret Service branch must wear one of the following Group Badges:
- [WH] Trainers ID
- [WH] SS Director ID
- [WH] Verified Alts
- Any Universal Group Badges
- All Group Badges in this Part shall be regulated by the President, Vice President and Director of the Secret Service, and whoever they deem fit.
PART 6 - TRAINEES AND LOW RANKS
- All Trainees and Low Ranks (LR) must wear one of the following:
- [WH] Friends and Supporters
- [WH] Secret Service ID
- [WH] Gate Control ID
- Any Universal Group Badges
- Trainees and LRs who are not wearing one of the Universal Group Badges must wear whichever Group Badge they received last
- All Group Badges in this Part, excluding the [WH] Friends and Supporters group badge, shall be regulated by the Executive Office of the President, Branch Leaders, Secret Service Leadership, the Department of Defense, and whoever else the President, Vice President or Director of the Secret Service deems fit.
PART 7 - MISCELLEANOUS
- Powers to amend
- The President may amend Parts 1, 2 and 6 via order.
- The Vice President may amend Parts 1, 2 and 6 via order.
- The Chief of Staff may amend Part 2 via order.
- The Secretary of Defense may amend Part 1, Section 2 via order.
- The Secretary of State may amend Part 1, Section 5 via order.
- The Speaker of the House of Representatives may amend Part 3 via order.
- The Chief Justice may amend Part 4 via order.
- The Director of the Secret Service may amend Parts 5 and 6 via order.
- Breaking this act shall be a Class C offense
